There is a fully functional sheet metal fabrication division within Airworks. This has just recently been established to offer an express fabrication service for those urgent or last-minute site measures. We also have the ability to go to site and take site measures, to keep your time where it's needed most.

The sheet metal division is capable of fabricating Sheetmetal duct to suit all your applications. The vast experience of our staff makes no job too difficult to manufacture. Straight duct, square to round duct, attenuators, silences made to suit the condenser fans, starter kits, cushion boxes, hat sections etc.

Here at Airworks, our commitment is to make the warranty procedure for our account holders simple, quick and easy.

Should you encounter a fault with any of the products purchased from Airworks simply call 1300 768 122 and please provide the following information:

The end user's name, The end-users address, The end-users contact phone numbers, The model number, The serial number, The date of purchase. We will take care of the rest! Should a fault occur, an authorised service agent shall carry out all warranty repairs.

The warranty will not apply if the products are modified, repaired, tampered with or incorrectly installed by persons, other than those authorised by Airworks, or the relevant manufacturers authorised service agent. Airworks, and or the manufacturers, reserves the right to charge at the prevailing standard service rate for any service rendered not covered by warranty.

Airworks use express service to deliver goods where available. We use a number of professional local and national carriers and our focus on delivery times for Brisbane and outer Metro is for same day delivery providing orders by 10 a.m. that day. Orders received after this time for deliveries in Brisbane Metro and outer Metro will be received the next day.

For Queensland deliveries for as far north as Mackay can be expected the next day. The following day for all other areas. For New South Wales and Victoria allow two days

Deliveries are subject to freight service delays and refer to working days.
